Refund Policy of Shubbhvivaah-

1. We take maximum 120 days to fix up the marriage. In case it is not materialized, company will refund your amount deducting expenses incurred or 50% of total payment. If customer wanted to continue your service you can continue without any extra fees.

2. As per policy if your marriage is fixed in your relation or from some other sources, your amount will be refunded.

3. In case after getting good responses from your RM (Relationship Manager), if customer doesn’t want to continue and wants their money to be refunded, the service team will verify the case and justify the condition if it is applicable for refund.

4. Your response is highly important. Due to lack of your response your ID will be deactivated from our end after 2 months. In that case we will not refund your service fees.

5. If there is a delay from our end or quality of service is not satisfactory as per the standard or the team is unable to fix an  alliance even after getting a suitable match, then upon customer’s request we will refund the amount using the same payment gateway method.

6. Amount will be refunded within 12-15 working days after we receive a request from the customer. The amount will be refunded by same payment method.

7. Maintain all confidentiality till the time you give the green signal to proceed for with any of the profiles.

8. Any part payment or Discount offer is not entitled to claim for refund.
